Change a product price

Basic instruction to change a price for an existing product.

In some cases your storefront language has been customized and will not look exactly as it does below.
If you are unable to follow these directions please email customerservice@qcommerce.com.

  1. Log into your account
    https://www.yourstorefront.com/x/admin


  2. In the search bar type in the name of the product and click the search button.



  3. Scroll toward the bottom of the page. There is a Price and a List Price.
    The Price is what your product sells on your storefront and what will be added to the shopping cart.
    Using a List Price allows visitors to see a price discount. This could be because you are running a sale on your store or you want to show your store offers products at a discounted rate.

    Click the Apply Changes button to complete the price change.


  4. Sometimes you are not able to change the price on this page due to product options.
    Product options is when you have products offer different sizes, colors, etc.

    If this is the case on your storefront you will see this...



    You can either click on the 'Product variants' link here or click on the link located at the top-upper-right-hand corner.


    You can now change the prices for each variant of the product. 

    Click the Apply Changes button to complete the price change.
